The TERO Department is accepting applications for Welding Certification. Six (6) slots available.

This course is for individuals that are serious and ready to start a career that may require traveling to and from potential welding jobs. Welding is not one career; it is a facet of a Boilermaker, Ironworker, Carpenter, Millwright, etc. For consideration the applicant must meet the following qualifications: Must have a current tribal job application on file with TERO Be an enrolled member of the Colville Confederated Tribes (provide proof) Be at least 18 years of age Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be able to read, write and follow instructions Must be able to demonstrate a positive work history Commit to a 6-week course; Must be able to attend class for the full duration of the training; attendance is mandatory o Be on time, ready to learn to become certified o o o o o o o Start date: Length of training: Days / Hours: Place: April 1, 2013 6 week course TBD Omak, WA
