Scope of Work The purpose of this project is to achieve compliance with the Santa Monica Bay Beaches Wet Weather Bacteria Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) regulations. The project proposes to divert stormwater from an existing storm drain to the Temescal Canyon Park for treatment through a hydrodynamic separator, underground detention tank and diversion to a sanitary sewer for further treatment at the Hyperion Treatment Plant.
