__________________________________________________________________ Dear Artist, We cordially invite you to participate in the Fellowship Art Fest April 27, 2013. All proceeds directly benefit Fellowship Christian School. The festival celebrates the arts and showcases talented artists. We look forward to hearing from you and having you participate. The 2013 Art Fest will include live student and teacher performances, an Aspiring Artist Zone and various featured performers. Artists will set up Saturday beginning at 7:00AM. All displays must be removed by 7:00PM Saturday. All participants are asked to donate an item valued at least $25 for the festival raffle. Items must be representative of the work sold in your booth. A complimentary Artist Hospitality Suite will be available. Additionally, volunteers will be available throughout the festival to assist as needed. The show will be heavily promoted throughout the local community and within the Fellowship family. ______________________________________________________________________________ Festival Specifics: Saturday, April 27 7:00am - 10:00am Check-In and Set up 10:00am - 4:00pm Festival Hours 4:00pm - 7:00pm Breakdown The Fellowship Art Fest is an outdoor festival. The festival will be held on the Fellowship Christian School campus located at 10965 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA. In the event of inclement weather all booths will be moved indoors into the schools two gyms. No refund will be issued due to inclement weather. *Displays. Booths should not exceed 10 x 10. Displays should be professional an aesthetically pleasing. Artists must provide their own set-up/tent, tables, chairs, means of display, which should be sufficiently sturdy to withstand weather and large crowds. Sand bags are encouraged for tents. Access to electricity is limited and cannot be guaranteed. All work, display and storage may not extend beyond the assigned exhibitor space. Your booth should not interfere with your neighbors space. *All work must be hand-made by the artist. No wholesale or buy-sell merchandise is allowed. *Artists are responsible for paying sales tax and their own liability insurance. Upon arrival you will receive a packet with the following: *Artist identification badges. We ask your cooperation in wearing these so that we can easily assist you as needed during the Art Fest. *A Placard with Your Name and Booth Number. Application Process:
1. Please complete and return the application, Festival Specifics form, booth fee and materials outlined below as soon as possible as booth space is limited. A booth fee must accompany your application. Please make checks payable to Fellowship Christian School PTF. Check and photos will be returned if you are not accepted. 2. Photographs: Please include a minimum of 5-6 photographs of your current artwork and preferably 1 photograph of your booth from a previous show if possible. Photos should include price and dimension of each piece. Please submit all photos to the address listed below with your application or send via email in .jpg or pdf format to tpartain@cruxllc.org. The FCS Art Fest reserves the rights to use submitted images for publicity and affirmation purposes before, during and after the event. 3. Artist Bio: Please include an artist bio and a list of shows/galleries where your work has been exhibited. 4. Samples of participating artists work will appear in the Artist Gallery on our website.
