Pulse : 120 b/m Temp : 101 f BP : 100/60 mmHg Abdomen: Tender Lower Abdomen (Guarding on Rt.side) Gut sounds sluggish TLC= 18000 Granulocytes=86% Perforated Appendix NPO, IV Fluids, IV Antibiotics, IV Analgesics, IV Antiemetics Exploratory Laparotomy through Midline incision. 100 cc of thick pus aspirated.
