Accident Management Procedures:

 
On Shore:

­ Get information about situation and follow PADI accident management 
flowchart

­ In medical Emergency begin primary assessment (ABCs), organize help and 
have EMS  activated

­ Begin appropriate first aid procedures, CPR if necessary

­ Treat for shock and administer pure Oxygen 

On Sea (Boat):
­ Follow same basic procedures as above

­ In severe case request Coast Guard assistance

­ Reach closest shore facility as fast as safely possible and ask for available 
assistance (harbour authorities, ocean lifeguards etc.)
