This edit will take a little more time to finalize and a little more precision.

I have this edit down to about 10 minutes but when I was learning this style I was taking anywhere from 20 25 minutes to complete. Its a fun edit with a cool effect. Apps used: Snapseed, Simply HDR, PS Express, FrameLens (or Magic Frame or Diptic) and Juxtaposer. Step 1: Open image in Snapseed

Crop image to a square Select Drama 2: change the Filter Strength and Saturation to 100+ Save Image

Step 2: Open image in SimplyHDR

Adjust image soothing to about half way, or to your liking. This will remove some of the graininess of the image. Save image.

Step 3: Open image in PS Express

Reduce noise to 100 about 6 times. Save image

Step 4: Open image in FrameLens

Select the 3 horizontal frame Load the same image into all three frames. Be sure you select image ratio of 1:1. Adjust the image on all frames so that it creates the same image in all three frames. This will take some precision and major adjustments. At this point you can adjust the drop shadow, border and the rounding of your frame to your liking. Save image.

Step 5: Open image in Juxtaposer

Load the framed image first Then load the unframed image on top of the framed image. Here is the tricky part: at this point you have to match the image which is above with the image that has been framed. You may not get an exact match but if you get it as close as possible it should still work. Once you have both images matched up then select the erase icon and begin to erase the image above to your liking. Here is where the whole edit is gonna come together. You can decide what parts of the image will be outside and inside of the frame. Once you are satisfied then just save it and your done.

This editing still is called #instababs on Instagram. Its one of my favorite styles because it adds another dimension to the image. Have fun with it, use different frames.
