General Thouehts:
It would be ideal to have the kitchen cleaned quarterly or at the least, three times annually.

An advantageous arrangement would be to have a coordinator and three to four teams. The coordinator would divide the kitchen into four areas. Each area would be cleaned in turn once a year with the other routine areas being cleaned quarterly. In that way the whole kitchen is done once a year with the heavily used areas being done quarterly. Each team would clean their section of the kitchen annually. The coordinator would oversee these duties and arrange for the team members to be a constant number. replacing members as necessary The team should consist of about 4 people The kitchen should be checked weekly after the cotyee hosting is done at the I I a.m. service.
I t would be best to have the kitchen cleaned around special events. For example, it could be done

the week before the annual Advent Carol service.
