Summary: Siteminder 6.0.3 included profiler templates to assist in troubleshooting specific problems Procedure: To enable a specific template follow the instructions below: Launch SMCONSOLE Click Profile tab Enable profiler Click Configure Settings button In the drop down box select the appropriate template generic_trace.template: components: Server, IsProtected, Login_Logout, IsAuthorized, Directory_Access, ODBC, LDAP data: Date, Time, Tid, Realm, Rule, Policy, AuthStatus, AuthReason, AuthScheme, User, Action, Resource, Directory, ErrorValue, ErrorString, AgentName, Message, Data, Query authentication_trace.template components: Server/Policy_Server_General, IsProtected/Resource_Protection, Login_Logout/Authentication, Login_Logout/Policy_Evaluation, Login_Logout/Password_Service data: Date, Time, Tid, TransactionID, SrcFile, Function, User, UserDN, SessionID, Directory, AuthStatus, AuthReason, ErrorString, Data, Resource, Action, Domain, Message authorization_trace.template components: Server/Policy_Server_General, IsAuthorized/Policy_Evaluation data: Date, Time, Tid, TransactionID, SrcFile, Function, User, UserDN, Directory, SessionID, SessionSpec, ErrorValue, ErrorString, Realm, Resource, Action, Rule, Policy, Domain, Message Additional template may also be available depending on the add-in productions installed Example: samlidp_trace.template, and samlsp_trace.template
