April 17, 2012 To whom it may concern: As the cooperating teacher for Stephanie Rudnicki, I had the opportunity

and privilege of working with and observing a motivated, creative and enthusiastic teacher. The experience was especially rewarding for me considering the fact that Stephanie is a former student of mine. My remembrances of her as a cooperative and hardworking middle school student were brought to mind frequently as I observed her teach. Her personal qualities enhanced and benefited the students in many ways. She related well to students of all ability levels stimulating them to participation and achievement. She also exhibited an understanding of the material while presenting it clearly and appropriately to the middle-level child. Not only did she relate well to the students, but also to school personnel displaying characteristics of a team player. She is hard working and more than willing to fulfill her responsibilities above and beyond what is necessary.
