6 June

My friends and I went on a camping trip in a forest reserve. As soon as we


reached there, we scouted around for a suitable campsite. We found one by the river. We put up five tents. By the time we finished, it was already late afternoon. We

took the bread and some fresh fruits that we had brought along for our lunch.
That evening, we explored the place and we found a lake. There were quite
a lot of fish in the lake. We took out our fishing rods and fished. We were lucky. My friend, Sebastian, managed to catch a few fish. That evening, we had barbecued fish for dinner. After dinner, we felt sleepy. We dozed off and were soon in our own dreamland.

7 June We woke up very early and explored the forest. We saw fauna

and flora. There were wild animals and insects around. We were very
careful. We felt a bit chilly as it was cold and damp in the forest. Sebastian and Muthu collected some species of wild plants to be brought to school the following day. Then, we went back to the campsite. We got ready to go back home. We pulled down the tents and cleared up the place. So it was sayonara until our next trip!

Well organisation of points (e.g. one paragraph for each picture). Good use of suitable adjectives to make the descriptions more vivid. Creative use of vocabulary (e.g. dreamland, sayonara)
