    Spring FSAT class in China Faculty-led trip Spring course, open to all Mercyhurst students Travel dates: May

    22 to June 3, 2013. Credits: 3 credits for World Perspectives or Asian Study minors. Places to visit: Beijing, the Capital and cultural center of China; Zibo City in Shandong province, the center of Chinese early civilization. Estimated cost: Approximately $3000 including round-trip airfare, registration fee, visa fee, lectures, sightseeing, activity fees, hotels, meals, and domestic transportations.     Tentative Itinerary

    Day 1, May 23. Arrived in Beijing. Check in hotel. Day 2, May 24. Historical tour: The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square. Day 3, May 25. Historical tour: The Great Wall, National Olympic Stadium Day 4, May 26. Bullet Train to Zibo, Shandong. Day 5 to Day 10, May 27- 31. educational activities arranged by Zibo Normal College. Visit Ancient Town, Ceramic Museum, Dong Zhou Martyrdom Horse Museum, local business/factory, and a beautiful costal city, Qingdao. Day 11, June 1. Return to Beijing. Visit Summer Place and Wangfujing Shopping area. Day 12, June 2, return to America Actually pictures of places to visit
