SYNOPSIS

The project aims at further strengthening the organizational and technical capacity of the Municipal Corporate Certificate Process System in setting up a unified address system and to further align the practices. The project scope includes: - Assist in developing a fully functional Municipal Corporate Certificate Process System. - Set up a secure civil registration database in compliance with EU data protection standards. - Develop an address system and further develop the Address Register. - Assist municipalities in the implementation of the address system. - Design and implement public awareness campaigns regarding civil registration with special focus on vulnerable groups and for the new address system.
