Notes: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Plant tissues are divided into meristematic tissue and permanent tissue. Meristematic tissue is divided into apical meristems and lateral meristems. Apical meristems can be found at root apex and shoot apex. Lateral meristems also known as cambium. Permanent tissue is divided into epidermal tissue, vascular tissue and ground tissue. Vascular tissue consists of xylem tissue and phloem tissue. Ground tissue consists of parenchyma tissue, collenchymas tissue and sclerenchyma tissue.
