A research was conducted to explore burnout among student nurses and it has revealed that nursing

students experience burnout by using Maslach Burnout Inventory. The researchers found that there were Twenty-eight sophomore nursing students described a situation in which they had experienced burnout during their nursing program.

Burnout can both be experience by professional nurses and student nurses. For professional nurses, it is usually caused by long hours of duty standing and running and dealing with difficulty families. For student nurses it is caused by long hours of attending classes, studying compensating for requirements that go along with clinicals day by day.
