One of our goals at Hilton is to ensure that we exceed customer expectations by providing 100% satisfaction to every customer on every phone call. We want to provide you with the skills necessary to achieve this goal by offering appropriate coaching, training, and development. As part of our continuing effort to enhance our training and development programs, Hilton or its authorized agent will listen to and/or tape some of your actual or mock customer phone calls. Those calls will then be used as part of your performance evaluation.
