OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


The study has been carried out with the following objectives in mind: To study work motivation in IT GLOBAL SOURCE industry in general and analyses specific factors contributing to development of work motivation. To study and prepare profile of motivational climate of selected call centre's. To examine the impact of demographic variables on motivational climate. To suggest suitable HR strategies with a view to enhancing the motivational climate and reducing the current high attrition rate in IT GLOBAL SOURCE.
