Instruction for group project

Group project max. 5 students/group Students are freedom to choose their group members The project will contribute 20% to the total mark. (5%-technical report-format, coherence in writing, content, references- for CLO1; 15%-generic skillattendance, communication, teamwork, problem solving-for CLO2 & CLO3) The topic Performance of water/wastewater treatment plant (field work) Site visit treatment process, analyses raw data (influent/effluent), comparison with Malaysian effluent standards, technique of sampling; preservation technique, parameter to be tested: selected physical, chemical, biological parameters

Marking guideline
Total mark for group assignment- 20% Report- format 5% Content- 7.5% Presentation 7.5% -Format (font 12, times new roman, 1.5 spacing)

-Structure of report -Table of content -Content -List of references -Appendix (if needed) -List of references- only from text books, journal, conference paper (students should enclose paper from journal & conference in the appendices) -Presentation
