Objectives Psychomotor: 1. Students will learn proper passing and shooting techniques through partner drills and successfully apply those skills learned to group game for optimal performance.

Evaluation Skills Checklist

Cognitive: Verbal Quiz 1. Students will learn basic rules of the game of soccer, proper cues on how to pass and shoot a soccer ball, and be able to review items learned through verbal quiz. The students will also use pedometers to count how many steps were taken during the entire class. Affective: Student Survey 1. Students will demonstrate teamwork by accomplishing similar group goals during group game while obeying rules of the game and maintaining good sportsmanship. AGENDA Time 0-5 Agenda- Include detailed instructions for activities and transitions here Warm-Up/Introduction - Light jog/ circle up for stretching exercises, incorporation of pedometers Lesson Focus/Content Development -Partner up and work on proper passing and shooting techniques Culminating Activity - No out of bounds (except hallways); players may use walls to their advantage - When a goal is scored, player who scored goal will switch to opposing team, leaving the team who is ahead with fewer players; ensuring that both teams will be scoring on one another -Team who is scored on, will be required to do either 10 Fitnessgram push-ups / or 10
