1.

My name is Erika Johnson. I am currently at Boston Renaissance Charter Public School as a first year school psychology practicum student from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. I have spent this academic year working closely with Erica Perkins and Tess Powell, as well as other school personnel. I am currently working on a research project for my Research and Methods course. My research project focuses on teacher perceptions of structured recess programming at an urban charter school. In order to collect data on this topic I have developed a short survey. Your participation is greatly appreciated and will help to gain a better understanding of the importance of recess to the students served at Boston Renaissance Charter Public School. All feedback will remain anonymous. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey by Sunday April 3rd. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me via email at erika_johnson@mspp.edu. Sincerely, Erika Johnson
