EXISTING PRECAUTIONS (what controls are currently in place?)

Above the door is a fire exit sign. Fire extinguisher in the room can be used to prevent fires. Tables and chairs are put away when filming so that no one trips over them. The air conditioning can be used if actors and crew get too hot. Water is also provided for them if needed.

ANALYSIS OF EXISTING PRECAUTIONS (are the precautions effective; if not, why not?) Although the fire exit sign above the opaque door provides clear instruction, it could be improved by making it larger so it is more visible to the people inside the room. In case of a fire, people should be briefed on how to effectively use a fire extinguisher. They must know where to assemble before they leave and where they go when the leave. This will all be in the briefing.
