Kindly refer to this office letter mentioned above wherein all the circles were asked to nominate their nodal officer who will act as single window for bulk orders, and will monitor and pursue the cases regularly with various SSAs to ensure that all the landline/broadband connections required for VVoBB service are provided expeditiously.
Advice notes for bulk landline/broadband connections across the circle must also be issued centrally in the CDR system by a designated commercial officer of circle office. This will expedite the provisioning of VVoBB connections.
