Take the Work Permit Dismantle the pipe line Remove the oil filters Clean the filter seats Replace the Gasket Tighten the all bolts Properly. Fit the all pipe lines with new Gasket Clean the equipment and work area Surrender the PTW

QUALITY All the parameters, activities are maintained within prescribed limit. Any deviation from the norm is recorded and corrective action is taken accordingly.
