Hamburgers, hotdogs, and beverages will be provided. Please let Lisa or Joy know if you will be bringing an appetizer, salad, or dessert. Activities include Frisbee, Bocce, volleyball, swimming, and board games. Please bring canned or nonperishable food items to be donated to Vista del Camino Food Bank for a DiscoveryBound service project! Rose Mary Mets and Joy Mee, co-presidents of the Principia Club of Phoenix, and a representative from DiscoveryBound, Phoenix, will tell us about upcoming events for 20132014.
DiscoveryBound is a year-round program for youth, family, and friends that provides inspiring recreation, leadership, and service activities at local, regional, national, and international levels. Its mission is to create an atmosphere where individuals experience Christian Science in action.
