FIXED-PERIOD EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

June 15, 2007 MR. ANDREW CASTILLANO 23 Romarosa Avenue, Quezon City Dear Mr. Castillano, We are happy to employ you on a fixed-period basis from July 1, 2007 to August 30, 2008, renewable upon our mutual agreement. You will be paid a daily rate of Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P350.00) for eight hours of work. Your working schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Saturday. Your employment shall terminate automatically upon the end of the period indicated above. It is agreed, however, that the company reserves the right to terminate your services even prior to the end of the above period in the event your services will no longer be needed. It is of course expected that you will comply with all company rules and regulations (which you acknowledge to have read in a language understood by you) during the period of your employment. Violation of company rules and regulations shall be lawful cause for the termination of your employment. You understand and agree that your employment is for a fixed period and subject to the terms and conditions stated above. Regardless of your performance after today, the company shall in no wise be obliged to extend the period of your fixed-period employment nor to engage you as a regular employee.
