Holy book they explain the belief of the religion, give advice and provide factual information from

the holy book. They direct us to the right way the good way. An example is in the Guru Granth Sahib Ji it tells us what we should do and what god wants us to do e.g. god wants us to do sewa so in the Guru Granth Sahib Ji it tells us that we should do sewa also in the Guru Granth Sahib it tells us the history, when the religion started etc. In addition even in the bible it states how the world was made (god made the world in 7 days) the history if the religion e.g. who the profits were etc.
