Writing Ways of losing weight

Firs you need to visit a nutriologist, he helps you to balance your meals and he recommends delicious and healthy food. He will give you a diet. Secondly the diet depends on yours sex, age and height. You should eat: Breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 snacks, for example you can eat fish, chicken, fruit, vegetables and take vitamins. You shouldnt fatty food because this food is heavy. Your body needs water, you must drink from 2 to 3 liters of water per day. On the other hand you must exercise, you can lose weight. First you should walk 30 minutes per day but you dont have time you can do exercise in 2 times for example 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the night. On the other when you do exercise you are happy in your day and you will work with energy. You need to sleep 8 hours every day. To conclude you need to eat healthy food + exercise for losing weight.
