1 cup sperole tea

Afternoon Water and vitamin C


Wait for one hour before having

Fruit with
1 B multi
1-2 cups sperole tea
Half a lemon squeeze

Before-Dinner When home have 1 homemade green juice first thing

To Work take 3 B multi morning/lunch/afternoon


C powder morning/lunch/afternoon
1 Vitamin E and 1 Zinc
Salad dressing separate make in morning
