Documents for grant of Private Customs Bonded

Warehouse
Documents which are required to be submitted by any STP unit for grant of a private
Customs Bonded Warehouse licence under the provisions of Section 58 of the Customs Act,
1962, the following documents are considered to be adequate :-

1. Application for Grant of Licence for Private Customs Bonded warehouse

2. Ground / Floor Plan of the premises

3. Lease / Lease & Licence agreement / Purchase agreement of premises

4. Permission letter from STPI

5. Agreement with STPI

6. Import- Export Code ( IEC) certificate

7. PAN card copy of the company

8. Green card copy

9. Shop & Established Act license copy

10. Names of all the Directors / Partners of the company

11. Affidativ from all Directors / Partners that they have not been involved in any Central

Excise or Customs cases.

12. Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association / Partnership deed

13. List of proposed capital goods / machinery / equipments withits value approved by STPI

14. B-17 Bond

15. Bank Gaurantee as per Customs Act

 16. Solvency certificate from a schedule Bank for a value not less than Rs. 10 Lakhs

17. Supplementary terms and conditions, if any entered into.

The applicant STP units should ensure that the above documents are invariable submitted

alongwith the application for grant of Private Customs Bonded Warehouse.
