Involve in all pre sales activity including sales visits, conduct pre-survey meetings, gather information and conduct

analysis of customer requirements and submitting reports - Manage projects and coordinate with regional P&I,O&M , Sales teams and selected vendors to arrange the surveys, accompany the surveyors and preparing the detailed engineering design report covering all the aspects of TI, space, power, height, cabling layout and roof plan etc. - Complete end to end project delivery for the corporate projects from sales lead to testing, commissioning and project launch. - Prepare the solutions in the technical perspective and presenting to client s concern technical teams (when required) - Maintain sufficient inventory in the warehouse for all the on-going and new projects at regional level - Responsible for the timely and smooth implantation of PRI, IBS and other projects by following the well defined processes and milestones. - Follow up with vendors, Corporate sales, FOPs, P&I, NSS, IT and RA teams for the timely project execution, testing and launching - Assist the regional Corporate Sales teams in their new upcoming proposals and daily reporting to RCTO/ Manager HQ - Receive the PM/FM TTs, following up with concerned teams for the timely resolution. Responsible for the timely rectification of all NSS/BSS/RF/VAS/IT complaints by involving concerned teams with strong follow-up - Visit client s premises during the project negotiation stage and post commercial launch meetings, having strong coordination with Relationship Manager (Corporate sales) for post sales issues. - Assign responsibilities and progress check of RAN Engineers

Skills Required:
- Should be capable of working under pressure - Should be a self motivated, highly passionate, enthusiastic and well organized individual having proven project management skills - Should be proficient in MS office Suit (especially PowerPoint, Visio & Excel) and MS project - Should be proactive, solution focused and customer oriented - Should have excellent communication skills - Should be able to build and manage relationships - Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team
