CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT For a project which mainly consist of the following additional surfaces facilities: Production platform, Gas treatment for export, gas lift and fuel gas, water treatment en injection, topside Living Quarter platform Wellhead platforms to accommodate additional wells Infield Sealines and new gas export Sealine Modification and partial decommissioning on existing facilities. SCOPE OF THE JOB As Responsible for the ICAPS network + installation and for the ICAPS Hotline level 0, the SERVICE consists of ensuring the integrity of the engineering data in ICAPS database, ensuring the integrity and management of the Punch List activities in ICAPS, the commissioning files follow-up, the up-date and punch List progress reporting and the commissioning activities reporting preparation (daily, weekly and monthly) PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING PREPARATION PHASE: The ICAPS & Punch list Co-ordinator is responsible for all matters related to the management of ICAPS commissioning database, punch list, commissioning documentation and planning. Responsibility of the ICAPS hotline for the whole project as Administrator. Provide assistance to Company & Contractor personnel for any problem linked to commissioning database. Provide if necessary regular training and optimisation of the use of the ICAPS database. Ensure ICAPS database is well parameterized, populated for pre-commissioning / commissioning activities. Verify and monitor the preparation of pre-commissioning/commissioning dossiers. Review and follow up the use and the update of ICAPS database by contractors. Define adequate reporting to follow up and control the Pre-commissioning and the Commissioning activities. Set up a technical planning describing relevant activities defining critical path. Supervise / manage the overall planning for resources and Vendors in collaboration with Systems Leaders. PRE-COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING EXECUTION PHASE: Ensure pre-commissioning and commissioning data are correctly processed up to commissioning stage Provide reports as per project requirements. Ensure that each subsystem dossier has reached the ready for commissioning status with associated punch list. Ensure that each subsystem dossier has reached the ready for start-up status with associated punch list. Monitor and follow up the execution of commissioning schedule to achieve smooth hand-over Ensure a particular overall tracking for punch list clearance activities (sort according to priorities level, control delivery date for spares/equipments ). Liaise with the Commissioning Site Leader and the different System engineers Review and comment the commissioning progress reports issued by contractors. The ICAPS & Punchlist Co-ordinator is responsible for generation and management of data related to status /progress of Commissioning activities on System / Sub-Systems basis. The data are managed by ICAPS (Integrated Commissioning And Progress System). Generate reports on progress of Commissioning and Punch List activities either on System /Sub-System basis or on the Task basis such as Loop checks / Functional tests / Item / Packs / Process Functions / Punch lists. Coordinate with the construction teams for clearance of the punch lists items and update the punch list status in ICAPS. Update project progress S curves (for commissioning only). Coordinated for the entire Punch List activities by registration, tracking and updating of master punch list & documentation(more than 85,000 PL) Issued hard copy of task sheets for task completion a nd compiled it for RFC & RFSU dossiers (more than 1700 dossiers for more than 1500 subsystems.) Created all Disciplinary items for master import files and imported its Basic Function, Test Pack, with line numbers, Tasks, OTP and PVP by subsystem. Coordinating with the site engineers for carrying out the PreComm and Commissioning Tasks as per OPERCOM, filling the task form and Documentation. Preparing and developing the Handover Document Table to ensure the simple transfer of Handover Documentations as needed for issuing the CC (Completion Certificate), PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate), FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate) for each system, Substations, Buildings, subsystems, etc to be delivered to Employer. Liaised with related department, Field Engineering, for Precomm & Commissioning task progress management. Preparing and importing input files for Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation disciplines by extract it from P&ID, Engineering List, and Drawings (more than 100,000 items). Preparing of weekly, monthly report to track the progress of project activities according to the site requirements.

Carried the setup of ICAPS 3.20(Integrated Commissioning And Progress System) software at server with five databases for South Pars Gas Field Development Project phases 15&16. Carried the setup of ICAPS and make training for the client and contractor systems and allotted the user levels. Development of check lists & test sheets into the OPERCOM format. Developing and population of the ICAPS data base including the issue of the relevant progress reports & lists. Ensure correct compilation of all relevant certification to enact ready for commissioning and start up status. Development of commissioning task activities and relevant tracking/filling of c ommissioning reports. Providing OPERCOM check lists and test sheets for multidiscipline. Related OPERCOM sheets generation in ICAPS. Compilation of punch lists in conjunction with the construction contractor and company. Ensuring correct compilation of all relevant certification to enact ready for commissioning and ready for start up. Defining the project plan and sequence set up for ICAPS software.
