(How long have you been teaching here? What subjects do you teach? Have you taught in other high schools? The same subjects or different? Ever had the POWER Program before, or something similar?) Main Questions (12-15 minutes) Next, I would like to ask you some questions about the POWER Program that you have observed in your ______ class. 1. Can you describe your experience of observing the POWER Program? (probe for how it became part of the curriculum, interactions with Alison, topics that were covered, what tools were used to discuss topics) 2. What were your expectations of the program? 3. What were your first impressions of the program following the first module? (probe for opinion on knowledge level of the facilitators and how they engaged the class) 4. What is your opinion about the length of the program? (too short, too long, too much time between modules)

5. Currently, the POWER Program is offered to high school aged children. What do you believe to be the most appropriate age for a person to participate in this program? (or grade) What makes you believe that? 6. Have you noticed the students in your ______ class talking about the POWER Program amongst one another? (probe for what they say both positive and negative, ask for specific examples) 7. What did you find effective about the POWER program?

Wrap Up (2-3 minutes) 8. As a wrap up question, I would like to ask if you think there is there anything that can be done to improve the delivery of the POWER Program. Please tell me any thoughts or ideas you have.

Thank you very much for your time. As you may see from the questions I have asked so far, we are very interested to find out what is working about the POWER Program and where it can be improved. We are concerned with understanding the firsthand experiences from people that have participated in the program as well as people who have observed it. Knowing this, do you have any further thoughts or comments you can add?
