PROBLEM DEFINITION There is no actual problem but improvement of the system would make operation time more effective and the time of each employee would be effective to the company PROJECT DESCRIPTION The major system being developed is the time card method and the payroll system have a systematized way for computing the regular working time and the over time payment GOAL DEFINITION The operation time in the payroll and time card system would be decreased due to the implementation of the new system SCOPE DEFINITION The project is about the upgrade of the companys payroll system and the expected inputs would be the factors guiding the employees time and tax deductions LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS The project can only feature the system architecture and analysis REQUIRED RESOURCES Manpower: all group members would work on the SAD design Equipment: Computer Software: Microsoft tools
