Business Development Executive

Role Objective

Acquiring customer by understanding their needs and matching them with our offerings and maximising customer satisfaction & promote the brand CL among undergraduates.

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Complete understanding of the company products, Business knowledge, Patience, Perseverance, presence of mind, speech clarity, communication skills, articulation skills (to understand the need of the customer), follow up skills, organizing skills, Market knowledge, Competition Knowledge, people management skills and negotiation skills.

Expectations Task/ Activity Arranging at least 5 sales events in the city every month. Planning and ensuring execution of college level activities to increase business of the centre.

Achieving Business goals for the Year

.Should form high level of link between various B.Tech & BBA colleges in & around Ghaziabad city.
Ensuring proper knowledge of all products & disc. to all team members. Explain about the various products offered by career launcher and offering at the colleges & Hostels. Maximizing walk-ins through arranging seminars at colleges Meeting top line and bottom line Meeting sales target Effective counselling at the front desk. Timely and effective follow ups with walk-ins in order to meet the sales target.

Training of the team members.

Induction of new joinees and making them aware of core values of CL Ensuring my availability/guidance and support to my team mates Giving them the complete details of the product. Make them aware of the counselling process. Provide them training for centre operations. Constant motivation and feedback to the team
