MTELL setup was reviewed by Thomas. This worked well last week, so should be a smooth go this week at
elementary schools. Copy of directions are enclosed for reference. Tom’s cell phone is 651.755.2110. Helpdesk is
x8400.

New library software. Implications:

fully web-based
anywhere, anytime -- access from home, classroom, wherever
integrates online collections
classroom-friendly options
MAY connect to TSIS for creating new students

NWEA class roster file:

Everything is fully ready for Spring testing.

** Students who are finishing a year of algebra (8th, 9th, 10th) should
take the Algebra 1 end-of-course test. **

All other students should take the Math Survey with Goals 6+ test. We
don't want to give Algebra tests to non-algebra students.

The RIT scores are comparable across test types so the student growth
data remains accurate.

If you are missing individual students, you need to add them using the TAA tool.

Checking both students and teachers.

Passwords for building-wide accounts
Running reports (Kurt, etc.)

iPod Touch training on 28th and 29th. At this point, elementary only. Location will be C306 at Sibley. Make sure you
have iWork 08 installed on your laptop.

Faxing. Anybody other than Garlough seeing problems with faxing?

Summer cleaning of projectors will be done at all schools and all ceiling mounted projectors. Any other projectors will
need to be put someplace like IMC where Ted and David can find them.

Computer collection at end of year. We will collect on June 8th -- for sure we want to get back computer, power,
case, and video adapter.

Final meeting of the year on May 21st.
