Minnesota College Republicans Protest at the Minneapolis IRS Office

IRS targets conservative groups nationwide.

Minneapolis, May 31, 2013: College Republicans from across the state will gather together

Friday at 10:30 am in front of the IRS Office at 250 Marquette Avenue South in Minneapolis. This protest comes after the IRS has been under investigation for targeting Tea Party groups and other conservative organizations. This discrimination of conservative groups by a government organization is unacceptable. We have a dedicated group of students from colleges across Minnesota that want to show their disappointment in the governments decision to single out conservative groups for extra vetting, said Andrew Hasek, Chairman of the Minnesota College Republicans.
