Dictatorship Vs. Democracy Students will be divided into two groups.

ps. Each group will then be given a factsheet for either Libya or New Zealand, but the countries will be anonymous. The students will then be asked to answer questions:

- According to the data given, what do you think is the political system
the country functions under? Dictatorship or Democracy?

- Why? - According to data given identify the country.
