Diplomatic occured ude to at least four factors. First, globalization in this 21st century country cant stand alone and one needs another to keep the economic and political interest on the track. Second, reciprocity or mutual interest that also keep diplomatic alive and play actively between state to state and it is the reason making diplomat fly thousand miles from continent to continent just for one purpose their national interest. Third, game change because there always new player come on board that make states leader decide whether keep or go way from the old friend and to shake hand with the new commer instead. Fourth, from time to time, new rule and regulation within one state as well as in the international community changed to keep their states or allies or their regions interest stay at the top. It also makes diplomatic move from level to level and diplomatic have to be change otherwise a state will stay behind the game. So by now aday, we can see the importance of diplomatic of the state to keep their border secure, to maintain good relationship with their neighbors, to boost their economic growth, to clarify their friends and their enemys intention that is all things that keeping the diplomatic popular in a sentence why? Why diplomacy?
