People need Balance beetwen working and playing to get

Live Commitment from company (like: regulation and excessive cash) and leader needed to build environment that can build comfort, communication each other, and simultaneously stimulate creativity Basicly all People are creative, it just need proper stimulant to evoke it People could give more to company if they get Appreciation Learning and try new things, like going abroad, learn new language and Art are great way to exite creativity People with different backgrounds will bring different frames of reference to a problem and can spark an exciting and dynamic exchange of ideas.

My office use various tool like diklat and outbound to

make employee for a while forget about their daily job at workplace, build teamwork, make fun, build situation where people can communicate unformaly and comfortably, and the end of day employee feel fun and it boost their mental and creativity at workplace
