Luga, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that: That on or about March 20, 2013, at around 5:45 oclock in the afternoon, in Brgy. Luga, City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, the above-named accused, with intent to kill and with treachery, did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack, repeatedly stab and hit with a bladed weapon one Peter Pan, inflicting upon him a stab wound on the vital part of his body, causing his instantaneous death.
