Frequently Asked Questions GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION 1. Im making my flight arrangements now. What time will the first event begin? The Leadership Conference will kick off with general session Thursday, October 24 at 8 a.m. Presidents Club members are invited to attend an exclusive VIP reception the evening prior to general session, at 7 p.m. For registrants attending Nikken University training onsite at the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa, Gold training is scheduled October 21-23, and Humans Being More training will take place October 22-23. All Leadership Conference functions will be held at the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa our official Leadership Conference headquarters hotel, located at 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway, Henderson, NV 89052. For more information, please see the Destination page of the Leadership Conference microsite or click here. 3. What is the price of a Conference ticket? The early bird price of a Leadership Conference ticket is $99 per person or $159 per couple, valid May 15 August 31, 2013. Online event registration and ticket sales will open on May 15, 2013. Beginning September 1, 2013, ticket prices increase to $199 per person or $259 per couple. Event admission is strictly limited to qualifying ticket-holders. I understand theres a special group rate for those who book their hotel accommodations by September 27. How does that work? Consultants who register for the Leadership Conference are entitled to a specially negotiated rate of $146.90 ($130 + $16.90 tax) single/double/triple/quadruple occupancy per night (includes taxes), valid at the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa (based on a three-night minimum stay Wednesday to Friday, October 23-25). To take advantage of our exclusive discount, you must arrange reservations by no later than 5 p.m. PT on Friday, September 27, 2013 (no exceptions), using the registration page on the Leadership Conference microsite. The hotel guest is responsible for the cost of any additional nights and/or incidental charges such as parking, room service, movies, etc. Hurry, space is limited and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 5. What types of hotel services and amenities are included in the special group rate? In addition to deluxe guest rooms featuring a 42-in LCD plasma television, lighted vanity mirror, plush cotton robes and more, guests at the Green Valley Ranch Resort

& Spa enjoy access to a sand-bottom pool, concierge services, a full onsite casino and a tempting selection of fine and casual dining options. The resort fee is already included in our specially negotiated rate, which entitles hotel guests to a daily newspaper delivered to your door, in-room high-speed internet access and unlimited local and toll-free calls, admission to the state-of-theart fitness center/showers/sauna (normally $30), and shuttle service between the hotel, McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas strip. Hotel guests also receive a 20% discount off all spa services at the award-winning onsite facility. 6. What is the recommended attire for the Leadership Conference? The dress code is business casual for most Leadership Conference functions, including the general session. For the gala closing celebration themed Viva Las Vegas the suggested attire is vintage Vegas-inspired (boas, sequins, fedoras, vests, etc.). The invitation-only Presidents Club VIP reception is a black-tie event. 7. I have just qualified to become a Presidents Club member. Are my benefits the same as an existing PC member? Yes. All Consultants who qualify for membership in the Presidents Club enjoy the same exclusive privileges as veteran members do. Congratulations on your impressive achievement! 8. I need to make a change to my registration. What do I do? For questions regarding your event registration or hotel reservation, or to make changes, please email the 2013 North America Leadership Conference registration desk at lynns@nikken.com, or call (949) 789-2009. 9. My spouse and I are planning to attend the Leadership Conference and would like to bring our children. Is there anything I should know? Las Vegas is an excellent family destination. Should you wish to have family members accompany you, please note the following: All Leadership Conference event attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Each individual must purchase a Leadership Conference ticket to gain admission to this event. 10. What is the minimum requirement to attend the Leadership Conference? Consultants must accumulate at least 1,000 PV during the contest period and may purchase up to two tickets. 11. My records show that I have already qualified for the contest. Can you confirm this? Qualifying Consultants will be notified upon verification of commissions reports generated in the month following their qualification. Winners will also be listed on the Leadership Conference microsite. 12. I have qualified to purchase two tickets in the Leadership Conference contest. Are there restrictions regarding who I can take to the event with me? At least one ticket must be used by a qualified Consultant in the winning distributorship. The second ticket may be used by the partner in a joint distributorship, if applicable, or a spouse/significant other. If the qualified Consultant does not have a spouse/significant other, he/she may bring another

family member or friend, provided the guest is not a Nikken Consultant. 13. I have qualified to purchase two tickets, but I dont know yet who will join me as my guest. What do I do? In order to redeem your contest awards, you must register for the Leadership Conference no later than September 30. If you do not have a guest name at the time you register, please enter TBD under the last- and first-name fields for your guest. The grace period to name a guest on your registration ends September 30 after this date, your guest ticket will be forfeited. To replace TBD in your registration with a guest name before September 30, contact the registration desk at lynns@nikken.com. Please include your full name and ID number so we can locate your original registration data. 14. Ive qualified for the contest, but I cant attend the Leadership Conference. Can I give my contest award to another Consultant or receive a credit on my account? Free hotel accommodations are non-transferable and are contingent upon the qualifying Consultants attendance at the 2013 Leadership Conference. Qualifying Consultants who do not attend the event will forfeit their hotel awards. Leadership Conference tickets are non-refundable once purchased, but may be transferred to another Consultant who has satisfied the 1,000 PV minimum qualification requirement. A $25 ticket transfer fee will apply. To initiate a ticket transfer to another qualifying Consultant, you must contact the Nikken registration desk at lynns@nikken.com or call (949) 789-2009 on or before September 30, 2013. Qualifying Consultants who do not attend the event nor make ticket transfer arrangements for the Leadership Conference by September 30 will forfeit their tickets. 15. Ive won three/four nights paid hotel accommodations. How do I redeem this award? Consultants awarded free hotel accommodations in the Leadership Conference contest must reserve their room at the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa via the registration page on the Leadership Conference microsite, no later than 5 p.m. PT on Friday, September 27 (no exceptions). Upon checkout at the end of your stay, all room and tax charges assessed for the nights of Wednesday to Friday only, October 23-25 (or Tuesday to Friday, October 22-25, for four-night qualifiers), will be removed from your folio and reallocated to the Nikken master account. Your reimbursement for the hotel deposit paid at the time of booking will be processed after the event concludes. Deposit is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. The hotel guest is responsible for any additional nights and/or incidental charges such as parking, room service, movies, etc. Dont delay space is limited and rooms may sell out well before the September 27 deadline! 16. I plan to share a room with another Nikken Consultant, and each of us have qualified for three/four nights paid hotel accommodations in the contest. Can we combine our hotel awards and receive additional nights for free? Yes, as long as the following conditions are met: both parties sharing a room at the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa must be registered Nikken contest qualifiers, and one or both Consultants must enroll in Nikken University training in Las Vegas the week of the conference. Upon verification of eligibility, Nikken will apply the two

hotel awards earned to one room for five consecutive nights on October 21-25, Monday through Friday only. Combined hotel awards will not exceed five consecutive nights per room on the dates specified, subject to availability. All other contest rules, policies and procedures apply as stated. 17. Where can I find the official contest rules and regulations? Is transportation provided from McCarran International Airport? Nikken Consultants are responsible for arranging their own transportation. The Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa offers hotel guests complimentary shuttle service to and from McCarran International Airport. Please refer to the hotel website for more information or click here. 19. Will there be a live streaming video of the Leadership Conference general session? Nikken will not broadcast any live streaming video from the Leadership Conference, but clips of event highlights will be made available on myNikken.com, Nikken.com and the Nikken YouTube channel. 20. Are meals provided? The purchase price of a Leadership Conference ticket includes lunch and the Gala dinner on Thursday, October 24 only. Menu options TBA. All other meals, snacks and incidentals are the sole responsibility of the event participant.
