1 Outdoor BTS with double generators alarm signal definition for generator alarms

I. The procedure for connect the Generator alarm for outdoor BTS is as follows:

1- Connect Cable from DMLU (SW IN/OUT port) to the DDF using a DB44
monitoring signal cable

2- Connect the sensor of alarm to DDF according to Table below ALARM NAME Generator Low Fuel Tank Generator1 running Generator1 failure AC mains failure Generator2 running Generator2 failure STARTPT X1.19 X1.3 X1.18 X1.2 X1.21 X1.5 X1.20 X1.4 X1.22 X1.6 X1.17 X1.1 COLOR White Green White Orange White Grey White Brown Red Blue White Blue

II. The Configuration of generator alarm in the BSC

1) 2) 3) 4) Right Click Site name we want to configure the alarm in it Select site Operation>Configure site attribute then click set site attributes In the Alarm Shield Flag 1(Hex) type FF in the Alarm Voltage definition 1(Hex) type 00 then click ok The entered values shown in the figure Below

NotesAlarm Shield Flag has 8 bits, the low 4 bits means the 1-4 alarms, the high 4 bits means 58 alarms
