    AN ACT REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE ANTI-SUBVERSION ACT. Section 1. Republic Act Numbered One Thousand Seven Hundred (R.A. No. 1700), otherwise known as the Anti-Subversion Act, as revived by Executive Order Numbered One Hundred Sixty-Seven (E.O. No. 167) and subsequently amended by Executive Order Numbered Two Hundred Seventy-Six (E.O. No. 276) is hereby repealed.chan robles vi

    Sec. 2. This Act does not in any manner repeal, amend or modify the provisions of the Revised Penal Code.
