Oligo Stock Soln and Dilution Instructions 1. Calculate 1mg/ml (which is equal to g oligo). 2. Calculate 2M solution. (HINT: C1V1=C2V2).

3. Spin down oligos (this is to make sure zyophilized oligo is at bottom of tube before you open it. 4. Using filtered tip and fresh dsH2O add the amount of water calculated in step 1 in l to tube containing oligo and allow to rehydrate at room temp. for 20-30 minutes. 5. In a new tube add appropriate amount of sdH2O, then calculated amount from 1mg.ml stock (made in step 4) so the total volume in 100l (this is the dilution calculated in step 2). 6. Store stock (1mg/ml-step 1 calculation and made in step 4) at -70C and store the 2M dilution at -20C.
