Dear Gentlemen, Although the bladder tank for the firing fighting system at APD was probably constructed cheaper than we would have bid it, I still always want to make sure that anything like this goes through the AT&V system. Even if were buying a fire fighting system or a system from somebody, if they have a steel tank or vessel on it, we should look at AT&V being a bidder and obviously getting significant preferential treatment on something like this. Ive included a copy of the email from Gerald with photographs to make sure everyone understands the subject matter.
