The US is home to the largest and MOST powerful cyber warfare force in the whole world.

At the heart of this gigantic force or apparatus is the very highly secretive NSA sometimes referred to as No Such Agency. It is crystal clear the US has become very much like an alien power on this Earth. It snoops and invisibly (stealthily) invades virtually every country on this blue planet 24 hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year. It allegedly searches non-stop, in and out, everywhere for anything that might possibly pose a threat to its existence. In reality, it is preparing for the time when it will be fully ready and able to take over the world. From the Pentagons military intelligence to the thousands of outside firms that provide third party hacking services the US has over 100,000 cyber warriors who are working like a huge army of termites 24/7 to penetrate and weaken and putrefy the networks and digital systems of rival powers. Should a crisis erupt, the President would consult with his advisers or handlers, to plot out the next move, or moves, or any requisite reprisals. If the handlers or minders tell the President that he must take down that certain rival or adversary or enemy via a nuclear wipeout or by cleverly using a crippling cyber strike (i.e. inflict a cyber-type Pear Harbor ), he would surely go for the latter option. US cyber power has no equal now.
