Cultivation: Moderately sloping ground at an altitude of 250 m with a northeast exposure provides
perfect growing and ripening conditions for these varieties.
Harvest: September
Vinification
Method: Classic red wine vinification, followed by 8-12 months on French oak.
Characteristics
Deep,ruby red colour. Aromas of fruit and exotic spices, intense and elegantly balanced. Delicate
tannins, generous structure and long finish.
Storage - Aging
Will respond to aging for up to 16-8 years after harvest.
Perfect Pairing
Drink at room temperature 18-20 C, with red meat or game in complex sauces.
