    This circuit uses either a TCA105 or TCA205A chip to boost the voltage from a 4.5V or 4.75V source up to 30V, high enough to power a relay coil load. The relay coil draws 3mA when blocked and a higher current when conducting. This threshold switch circuit uses the TCA chip to provide a higher voltage trigger for the relay.
