Ingredients :
Kalahating Sangkaka

Malagkit na Bigas

Gata ng Niyog

First, wash the rice throughly then put it in the Rice Cooker without water.

Next , put the gata in the Rice Cooker.

Then ,add the pieces of Sangkaka on the bottom of the malagkit rice with the gata.

Boil it for 3 minutes then stir it throughly for 2 minutes.

After 3 minutes the suman already cook and ready to serve for 10-15 servings

Ready to Serve!!!!
