For changes of staffs/crew please give notice to the person in-charge. Anyone unauthorized person you let come-in inside the premises shall pay the fine of THREE HUNDRED PESOS P300/person. 5. Any damage supplies, utensils, store property etc shall subject to change the item as it self within A WEEK ONLY (7DAYS). 6. Shall observed proper cleanliness and orderliness from crew, working area, selling area, and store premises. 7. Fail to pay the said rental for a month will be terminate from renting the space. 8. Shall observed proper respect to customers, & colleagues. 9. I agreed and truly understand on the terms and condition of the management. Hereof, I promised to pay it every 15th and 30th of the month.
