ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT WEEK : 3 - 27/05/13 to 31/05/13 In the third week of 1st day in the organisation I reported and gained knowledge about the role, functions and 5/27/2013 responsibilities of the team members of HR.

REMARKS Understood the work culture and expectation of the Organization and even the responsibilities of the team members in HR This helped me to how should a questioner to be prepared and the questions for my project. The works are been equaly divided between the team members. Equal opportunities were given to all. It helped me to gain the basic knowledge about the HR activities

In the third week of second day in the organisation started to work on for my 5/28/2013 project by my organisation guides help started to prepare the Questioner. In the third day of the third week of my project, I obsorbed the activities of different team members. The following are the some of the activities carried out by the team members. 1) 5/29/2013 Recruitment & Selection 2)prepration of payroll 3) Salary distribution 4) Analysis & performance of employees 5) performance apprisal 6) Handeling employees problem. Today the fourth day in the organisation of thirs week. I joined the recruitment team 5/30/2013 and helped the members in the team for their recruiting processes.

This helped me to gain the knowledge about the process of planning, organising & conducting the interviews. The last day of third week in the It helped me in knowing the organisation.
